"Texas True Choice" is NOT an Aetna plan. Check your insurance card, it is a Principal Life Insurance Company plan. We are out of network for that policy. You may be able to receive 50% reimbursement however depending on your plan, for out of network providers.
NOTE: Most PPO's will cover a percentage of "out of Network Providers" ( not listed with your plan ), however this is not usually the case for HMO's.
